BIBLE WORD

WELLCOME

Thank you for visiting the Biwako Baptist Bible Church website. My name is Isamu Tsunematsu, and I am the church’s representative.

“Blessed is the peacemaker, for they will be called children of God.” (Matthew 5:9)
Our church, standing on this verse, desires to be a community that cherishes peace with God and peace with others. In recent years, the term “creating a place to belong” has become widely used in Japan. More and more people are seeking places outside of home, school, and work where they can be themselves and connect deeply with others. However, true value, the meaning of one’s existence, and inner satisfaction cannot be fulfilled solely by human effort or environment.

The Bible tells us that God Himself is the one who provides these things.

God called out to the first man, Adam, “Where are you?” (Genesis 3:9).

This question is still directed at each of us today. God desires that we return to our relationship with Him.

Biwako Baptist Bible Church aims to be a “family-like church” where members support one another in relationships filled with love and gratitude, while faithfully studying the Bible and walking a sincere life of faith.

We also value putting our faith into practice in our daily lives and serving society through creative work that utilizes each individual’s gifts.

Furthermore, we hope to nurture the next generation of leaders and create a place where each person, from children to adults, can grow holistically.

There is a place for you here. Please feel free to come.

We are sincerely looking forward to meeting you all.

Biwako Baptist Bible Church supports missionary work both domestically and internationally to serve those who need the Gospel.

Domestically, we remember the work of small local churches, pray with them, and provide support as needed.

Overseas, we support churches and workers who are faithfully serving the Lord even in difficult circumstances, including in Pakistan and Romania.
