What kind of person is a pastor?
A pastor’s role is to watch over the spiritual growth of their congregation. They may also offer advice and support regarding personal matters.
The Bible likens the relationship between a pastor and their congregation to that of a shepherd and his sheep. This relationship is based on mutual trust; therefore, even if you are a church member, you cannot be of service unless you open your heart to the pastor.
